International Yoga Day

The Yoga Day was organized for students to keep their body and mind healthy and fit. Warm-up exercises were practiced and all the students performed simple asanas, the importance of these asanas were explained simultaneously. Students were encouraged to practice regular yoga to keep themself fit and improve their concentration.
